We first engaged WM to design our restaurant at the South Bank Centre – a terrifically ambitious project for us at that time. The success of this project resulted in them designing a number of our new sites as well as the refurbishment of some of the older ones. James and his team are a pleasure to deal with – full of great ideas and sensible solutions.

A new concept design to take the Giraffe brand – already well established in nine medium sized high street locations across London – up to a larger unit size and for roll out across the UK. The first unit was to be in the redevelopment of the Royal Festival Hall. Trading results outstripped all budget projections and the roll out rapidly proceeded to new sites across London and out to Oxford, Cambridge and Exeter amongst other sites. By June 2007 we had completed and handed over a total of five new sites for Giraffe, and had refurbished four of the older sites to bring them into line with the new concept. A total of six new sites are to be delivered by summer 2008.
