Offices London W12

Property developer, John Eldridge commissioned Wells Mackereth Architects for the directness and integrity of their approach.

The Architects' Journal

Conversion of two warehouses into three self contained office units. Service areas have been created with the insertion of elegantly designed timber boxes into the original shell. A courtyard of silver birch trees has been formed at the rear in order to maximise available daylight and allow effective cross ventilation to minimise service requirements.

Although this was undertaken as a speculative development, the entire building was sold prior to completion to an owner occupier in the music business.
